The penial gland, which is located between our brows and is also known as the “third eye”, is responsible for many things; Physically, it regulates our sleeping patterns and our hormones and it is also connected to headaches and problems with our ears. Thirdly, plant based whole foods allow the body to detox regularly and remove toxins from the body. Some foods that are especially recommended are:
1. Sea weed: contains iodine, which is known to decalcify the fluoride from the penial gland. I personally recommenced Spirulina.
2. Bananas: rich in trytophan, an amino acid that promotes relaxation and serotonin production, that helped our penial gland to produce melatonin, the hormone that is responsible for our sleeping patterns.
3. Apples: rich in vitamin C that is known to help make neurotransmitters in the brain, assisting higher information to pass freely and quickly through the crown chakra and into your knowing.
4. Acai: an indigenous berry commonly found in the rain forests of the Amazon. You can buy it frozen in your local health shop. The amount of antioxidants in acai are extremely high, and antioxidants help fight free radicals that damage neurons. The indigo color of acai also stimulates the third eye chakra.

To make the delicious, healthy & vegan Acai bowl you will need:
– 4 frozen bananas
– 1 bar of frozen Acai (or any other kind of frozen berries)
– 2 pitted medjool dates
– 1 spoon of cinnamon
– 1 glass of filtered water
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Add on top:
– 2 chopped medjool dates
– 1 chopped apple
– Shredded coconut
Enjoy the acai bowl in the sunlight, that supplies vitamin D which helps the penial gland regulate sleep.
