http://goo.gl/kHskVD+STOP I won’t front and deny that yes, sometimes soccer can be boring to watch, but so can other sports, for instance, when an NBA team is getting it taken to them by 20pts or so, watching it becomes boring. The NFL(I prefer NCAA action better) has its moments too, when for an entire half, both teams have only managed to score a couple of field goals. Baseball, boring sometimes too, inning to inning with no runs. My point is, all sports have pros and cons and the reason I believe soccer should be number 1 in the US, you said it yourself, because it’s the cheapest sport in terms of requirements and eligibility. That’s what makes it a beautiful sport. It’s wide, not narrow. You can be of any shape and size. I won’t lie and say the NBA, and NFL, and MLB, and NHL for that matter aren’t diverse but it’s uncommon. Soccer is so beautiful that even at club or team levels it promotes nationalism like no other. Players from all over the world get together to form one team!
Casey, from our point of view….(in our humble opinion), JUICING definitely cleans out arteries especially when you consume more than 32 ounces per day. This is the magic number. Combine dark leafy greens such as Parsley, Kale, Spinach, with Cilantro, including beets and carrots with Garlic and/or Ginger to your juices. What really beefs it up is when you add a tablespoon of Chlorella or Spirulina into your smoothies or juices. There is no question that these juices purify our bloodstream. However, be careful with the wrong kinds of fats, because, I’m old enough to remember Jim Fix. He was a world class long distance runner and died of an instant heart attack while running (mid 80s). That’s when we just began to realize that just because we are athletes it does not mean our internal organs are healthy. Stick with super high fiber foods, high density, high nutrient, low calorie foods most of the time and especially JUICE daily, then fudge every once is a while but in our opinion, our worst enemies as humans is sugar, (not from fruits), alcohol, smoking, rage, and unhappiness
